There is a very powerful fact which explains why people lose weight and put it back on quickly. We all have toxins in our life. Unprocessed non Organic foods have higher levels of toxins. But toxins are also in our environment and even if we are stressed we produce toxins.

Toxins in our body are most happy when enrobed in fat. In fact they need to be there. When we lose weight too quickly and in an unhealthy way. Our body is overloaded with toxins and so if we eat anything with fat it grabs it and stores it on our vital organs.

But if we eat clean we are already limiting the amount of toxins. We are eating healthy clean food which will promote weight loss but also does not add loads of toxins. So the weight we lose stays off!!!
