We all pretend that we drink enough water and some days we do. But most days we don’t. Consistency is key. 

I do suggest swapping your Starbucks cup for a decent refillable water bottle preferably with a filter. But you don’t have to spend any money if you don’t want to.

If you are in an office just grab a cup every time you go past the water fountain. Or fill up a 250ml bottle. If you are at home and struggle. Get a little cup (kids size) and just keep filling it up as you go past the sink or water filter. Drink it there and then.
