This is the best gluten free and sugar free recipe I have tried (and I have tried quite a few!!! We love pancakes).

Kids loved them, loads of organic berries packed with antioxidants and a little bit of maple syrup.

175g (6oz) fresh berries, such as raspberries, cranberries and blueberries to serve
225g (8oz) organic buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
275ml (91⁄2fl oz) rice milk (or cow’s milk if dairy is not an issue)
1 large egg
1–2 tbsp ghee or butter
3 tbsp maple syrup, to serve.
